  Chipotle LaKe Mead, Very bad service, cold food and very little for what they offer in advertising, they charge up to the little cilantro $1, it’s a shame because I’m a recurring customer and in this location I’m discouraged, we won’t go back.I bought the guacamole for $2.75

  I’ve had issues at this location three Saturdays in a row now. The last two visits, they were out of steak and only had chicken available, with staff saying it would take 40+ minutes to restock. This week, the situation was even worse. As customers walked in, employees were just shouting “our system is down” instead of offering any kind of explanation, solution, or timeline. At this point, it feels like there’s a lack of management or basic organization at this location. Consistent shortages and poor communication make it hard to justify coming back, especially on weekends when you’d expect them to be prepared. I WONT BE BACK THE 4TH SATURDAY.

  This location is always out of something, whether it be the food or the sauce they do not feel like making. When we got there, they said wait 20 minutes for rice so we waited 20 minutes in the car and then came back in when we came back in. they were telling another customer to wait 20 minutes for rice. We probably came in around 11:00 so they just opened. They are rude in when they’re out of something they don’t try to make it. They just say that they’re out for the day. They lied and told me there was a shortage on cilantro that’s why they don’t have the new cilantro, lime sauce that’s clearly displayed on the menu. We ended up leaving and decided to eat Wingstop for lunch. We literally came back at 9 PM for dinner and as soon as we walk in the person says what you see is what we have left within a whole hour before closing. They are always being lazy didn’t want to make more food and had way more customers in line.

  Worst chipotle in town as many people know! Ordered my food for pick up through uber eats and when I went to the restaurant they said a delivery driver took it. Meaning they ain’t checking their pick up orders correctly. Then manager said they been having that issues for a while already with their system and uber, meaning they haven’t done anything about to fix it. Manager seemed un interested in helping out.
