  Night crew sucks. Terrible service, all of them are lost in there. They can’t get a simple order right. I always have to go inside because they forget something in my order. Please start hiring better and smarter people!!

  Went in there for lunch today , even though it was busy, had great customer service, while she was taking my order I did have an issue with my payment but Evelyn made me feel comfortable, she was patient while I was figured it out.

  Went in a couple days ago and they had forgotten my fries, usually no problem but I had a long day and was getting frustrated. Evelyn helped me with my issue and was very understanding and patient and fixed the problem! Super kind

  March 14, 2026 10:15 PM. I order takeout outside with daughter 2 sandwiches 1 fries and she took my order and charge me 21 dollars and when I came and pay she asked me again what’s my order. I don’t know if she’s damn or maybe sleepy I asked for 4 sauces replied no problem can you wait in front we’ll take your order there. Been waiting a long time and end up going inside just to realize they forgot to make my drink and no 4 sauces that they promise. This people can’t be trusted. I recommend going to the rainbow and lakemead location if you want better service. Mcdonald Rancho and Cheyenne. Try them they have more quicker service than this location. Really frustrated about it.

  I am writing to express my significant dissatisfaction with a recent experience at your establishment, which I frequent as my local Chick-fil-A. On a particular occasion, a discrepancy in the drive-thru service resulted in a considerable delay for my order. Despite being third in line on the left lane, I observed approximately fifteen vehicles from the right lane receive their orders before mine. This situation was quite frustrating. Furthermore, following a demanding workday, my expectation is to receive my order accurately and efficiently. I typically trust that the contents of the bag provided, including sauces and the correct food items, will be accurate. However, upon arriving home, I discovered that the sauces were missing and my food order was incorrect. This oversight was deeply disappointing and, regrettably, prevented me from enjoying my meal. Instead, I am now dedicating my time to composing this feedback. As an organization, you invest in your personnel, and as a customer, my fundamental expectation is the accurate fulfillment of my order. The cumulative impact of these issues has left me profoundly dissatisfied.
