I specifically asked for an #5 biscuit with chicken & hash browns. I asked for them to be fresh. She responding saying they are always fresh. No they are NOT ALWAYS FRESHLY COOK! She was very confused, yet I told her I did not want any pork on my biscuit. Well, I get to my work to discover she did not listen to me! I was really frustrated because I took my break to visit your business. Fine line between what you say you do versus customer receive.

They have a dedicated “mobile drive through” and only 1 regular drive through. Which means they are backed up as no one orders on mobile… To top it off the workers aren’t taking orders at the ordering lane. If management sees this they should reconsider their strategy.

I live near sunset station but whenever I crave CFA I make the drive all the way here , the management must treat their employees astronomically well, on my most recent visit I had encountered Ruben whom took my order and he was just so pleasant ! I truly hope one day I could franchise my own and take him in with me, his customer service was out of this world! And you do not see that with this younger generation! I also encountered another young lady who I unfortunately forgot her name but she was also amazing!!!! 1000/10 always!!!!

She is a true professional and we very much appreciate her kind and helpful attitude. We eat here on a regular basis and here are our observations: the service is very quick, the food is always fresh, and we have never had a problem with any of our orders. All of the employees are super friendly, polite, and positive. Thank you!
