Arrived at the food court to pick it up, stood in front of the counter asking for my order that I could clearly see with my name on it for 25 minutes. Lady at the counter told me to wait and she had other people in line before me. I kindly asked her to simply turn around, grab my food, and hand it to me. She denied me for another 10 minutes. A man standing nearby walked up to the counter and asked her to hand me the food I ordered. She ignored him. He asked again. She said rudely "I heard you the first time honey" I then waited another 5 minutes and finally the man at the counter making sandwiches next to her turned around and gave me my order. All that to get home and find that the order was completely wrong save for the plain fries. Spend 17 bucks on a sandwich that was completely customized and got home to see the sandwich we recieved was in fact their standard 11 dollar sandwich. We ordered Cajun boneless wings and lemon pepper boneless wings... the boneless wings we recieved were in fact niether of these flavors. Very disappointed. Something as simple as reading a screen is too difficult for people nowadays.
