  Teresa was very rude. I respectfully asked her to remove a piece of rotten lettuce, and she threw away everything that was already on my sandwich. Then I asked for light mayo, and out of anger she added double the amount. When I paid, she practically threw my sandwich at me. Very unprofessional and disappointing service.

  I replace all fast food with a Subway Veggie Delight and I've lost 8 lbs!!! Love this option try it.

  Terrible. Waited 30 minutes for my mobile order while I watched this guy make sandwiches for 3 or 4 walk ins in front of us after we ordered.

  I wanted to take a moment to leave a sincere review for the Subway off Ann Road after an experience I had today around 6:15 PM. The service I received was, without exaggeration, some of the best customer service I’ve experienced anywhere in a very long time. There were two gentlemen and one lady working, and although I unfortunately didn’t catch their names, they all made a lasting impression on me. The gentleman who made my sandwich appeared to be of Hispanic descent, the lady working alongside him was as well, and the other gentleman was Caucasian. What stood out most, however, was not who they were — but the warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality they showed the moment I walked through the door. I’ve been going through quite a lot lately and was in the middle of moving today, feeling emotional and overwhelmed. The second I walked in, I was greeted with such genuine positivity and welcoming energy that it instantly lifted my spirits. In a world that can sometimes feel cold, and where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, this team reminded me that good people and great service absolutely still exist. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to go above and beyond truly meant more than they probably realize. I left with not just a great sandwich, but honestly a better mood and a restored sense of kindness in the world. The vibe from the three crew members working tonight was so good that I joked to myself that I’d invite them to Thanksgiving dinner if I could. That’s how genuine and uplifting they were. To the team working tonight at the Subway on Ann Road: thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and incredible customer service. You made someone’s day better without even knowing it. Thank you - 10,000 stars out of 10. ⭐️

  Two employees. 4 customers in line for almost 30 min while they fill online orders. The employees are working their butts off. We won’t be back again. Two sets of customers left also. Maybe invest in payroll.
