  Terrible workers. I walked in after placing an online pick up order and the workers completely ignored me. Not even a welcome in or a friendly “Hi”, the restaurant was completely empty, no customers inside nor in the drive thru, yet when they finally decided to help me out, which felt like 5 minutes or more of me standing there. They decided to let me know that the order hasn’t even been started on and it would take 10-15 minutes. It’s a shame that such a nice chipotle location has to be dragged down by workers who aren’t clearly happy with their position. I didn’t even want to take my food anymore but after I paid for it online I would rather just take it and never come back to this location. Absolutely the worst workers ever and I’ll make sure I never set foot inside this chipotle again because of them and the first impressions they left on me.

  WORST WORKERS EVER, they all are unprofessional and completely ignore the fact that a customer walks in. They saw me wait to get helped out and instead of helping me, they all went to hide while still looking at me, til someone had to step up and ask me what I would get. What sucks is that this chipotle is the best I’ve seen, environment wise. Workers? Absolutely terrible! All of the workers who worked on April 11th at around 4pm clearly aren’t happy with their current job and it ruined my appetite. Never returning again due to the experience and impressions they left on me. 💔 Worst chipotle experience ever. 😒

  First of all I love Chipotle, but this location has some serious labor shortage/ management oversight issues. Evidenced by the lack of cleanliness, shortage of protein choice,(only had steak ) was only four people in the building at this time as well. Not a clean table in the house! Received my food but asked for a refund. Which is something I can't remember doing in forever. Received my burrito "wrapped" in quacamole on the outside, with steak that was not even close to safe tempatures. Pass on this location.

  I had such a great experience thanks to Abi at Chipotle Mexican Grill! Her customer service was amazing she was so patient and kind while I figured out what to order. I can’t handle spicy foods, and she took her time letting me try different meat options without making me feel rushed at all. Honestly, the whole staff was super accommodating and welcoming, which made the experience even better. It’s not every day you feel that level of care at a restaurant. I would definitely recommend stopping by great food and even better service!
