  My husband and I waited at the counter for 5 minutes while 4 employees stood with their backs to us on their phones. I said excuse me 3 times and not one of them turned around. Engender we got our food the fries were old and cold. Not very impressed!

  The staff very clearly hate their jobs. They are extremely unpleasant & make customers feel awful. I only stop here when passing through town, & each time I have a negative experience. The woman who took my order today was extremely rude & had a bad attitude. The two men at the drive-through windows were not much better. One seemed to be under the influence, mumbling & making no sense. The only response I received from the second drive-through worker was “mhm,” while he looked the other way when handing me my order. Both displayed zero basic customer service skills. The last time I visited this location, I waited in the drive-through for 20 minutes while staff repeatedly took orders from the other lane, so I backed out & left. They had taken the customer’s order in front of me, so I know there was nothing wrong with the speaker.
