  Now I'm not one to complain is if 1 thing goes correctly but when I do an online order I expect to have it brought out in a reasonable time not almost 30 minutes later and after 3 drive through rushes. I literally got 3 drinks and a medium fry. This order was very small and very simple. By the time I finally said scew it and went through drive through my fries were cold, my drinks the ice was already mostly melted, I wasn't met with an apology or even a let me fix that for you. I was told they didn't have enough poeple and that I should have changed my pick up option. 1st off my order was very very small and I understand helping the people that got there first first and then doing mine but when I see people drive up and drive out is not okay. If you give the option to do curbside pickup you need to make sure you have the few moments to help those CUSTOMERS too. When I told them they fries were cold they took it back and im pretty sure filled up a new cup of fries directly out of the fryer and no salt. I mean thanks for the heat but im just ordering plain potato. Thanks I appreciate all of your dedication to ignoring your customers. I thought this place was better then the other one in town but at least there im taken care of not brushed off....

  We sat here and watched the drive thru get cleared out several times while the 6 or so orders of people in the lobby waited for 45 mins. Wth?

  You need to get rid of that sketchy kid at the drive thru window with the long hair and a piercings on his lip. I went one morning and paid with my credit card and as he had my credit card in his hand he snapped a picture with his phone. I clearly heard the camera go off on his phone. Just super sketchy. I had to check my bank statements for days to make sure there was no foul play. Every time I go he messes up every single thing. Overcharging food. Handing out cups with the lids on incorrectly spilling the drinks everywhere. He should be nowhere near the drive thru window. Just a shady individual who does everything incorrectly.

  "I go out of my way to stop in Mesquite just for this McDonald's. It’s easily the best one I’ve ever been to. The Big Mac and fries are fresh and hot every single time, and the staff is always smiling and friendly. 10/10 consistency!"

  A 10 minute wait to pay cash, after ordering on their kiosk? Not a worker to be seen at the counter. It wasn't until after we paid that the order was put through to be made- for a single McFlurry. Upon receiving our item, we realized it was basically an ice cream cone, without the cone and a bit of green slime and cookie crumbles on top. Literally nothing mixed in. Went back to the counter and of the four employees tucked into the back by the drive-thru, two were busy texting on their phones. The young girl who was texting, looked right at me and went back to texting. I finally said "can I interrupt your texting to get some customer service?" The "manager" who had more metal in his face than my home office stapler and long stringy hair (not tied back, or held under a net/hat) told us that is "how the McFlurry is made." Sure. The entire staff is a mess and lacks customer service care. We have tried this location many times...and after continued mediocre food and complete lack of care by their employees...it will be our last visit. The entire place is a disaster. The owner should be ashamed.
