  I saw how the store manager treats the employees and she awful. I'm sorry for the people that work there. They are understaffed every night during graveyard shift

  Kiosks have issues. Every single table was dirty, the seats are dirty, straw wrappers were stuck to the wall. We wiped ours table and seats down but didnt end up staying. We ordered 1 hamburger happy meal and had to go up to the counter after waiting 20 minutes (and it wasnt busy). They didnt really care, didnt rush and acted annoyed we were there at all. When my husband showed them the order on his phone the employee reach over and clicked "Re-order" on my husbands phone for some reason??? So we deleted that. Then this employee walked away and told the staff to get us our 6 pc nugget happy meal.... its a hamburger happy meal. So we had to get another employee to correct it again. They are not clean, not accurate, no customer service & seems like they're content with that.

  I have work at other mcdonals an i can really tell the reason this one is hated, came here buy food didnt recive my change full back came 2 dollars short, they forgot 2 burgers and the service was terrible they didnt sell me something that clearly was in the menu supposedly cause they didnt have it when it was mcdouble with bacon but they had regular mcdoubles which is the two burgers they forgot wish i could give a zero to ts.

  People were out asleep on tables and doors were locked with the asleep people in it it took ten minutes for one car to move it took us 45 minutes to just get out the driver though! And the food was cold.

  If I can give the service a zero I would don't go here whatever you do don't go here go to the other McDonald's which isn't that much better but it's way better than this one Don't come to this one every time I've come here six times in a row they never get my points right I put a numbers to use my points or to use a deal on the app they always say it didn't go through after my phone is already registered that they put the numbers in they always mess it up every single time and I have to pay full price for cold food Don't come here maybe it's better in the daytime I don't come in the daytime I come at night time I come after 10:00 p.m. and it's always the worst stuff so I will never come to McDonald's again in mesquite at this location because it is absolutely atrocious
