  Ridiculous service, crack on the cup, leaking everywhere in the car, I’ve waited there for 5 minutes and got nothing! Finally manager came, and gave me a terrible attitude when I ask for the replacement. Only chicken staff they are nice. Drive thru staff and the female manager are lack of training and disrespectful. By the way, the large latte I got only filled 3/5.

  Ordered twice no pickles extra onions too complicated for staff but I get is a ton of ketchup and two pickles service sucks

  Absolutely NO customer service. My 11 year old wanted another packet of Honey. Literally not a service counter at this place. So I ordered 1 packet of honey and waited 5 minutes before my "order" was ready. The next time I walk into a McDonald's that does not have a service counter I am walking right back out. I understand that McDonald's wants us to use the kiosks and mobile phones to order.But to not have somebody there willing to help you is ridiculous!

  The employees at the Falcon Ridge McDonald’s are the most unmannered employees I have ever encountered in my 36 years of living they were all incredibly unmannered and do not treat their customers with respect. They tend to always get orders wrong when you go inside the McDonald’s in you wanna pay with cash because when you use the kiosk, you have the option to pay with cash and which you have to bring a paper up to the employees they all just stare at you and they don’t want to take your money. They all will l ignore the fact that you’re there when you’re just trying to pay I see people coming up there to wait to ask them questions and all of the employees just look the other way. They definitely need to be managed better. they never say thank you or you’re welcome and everybody I’ve talked to have told me they’ve experienced similar things and even worst things but that’s their stories for this McDonald’s just go to the other one where they actually treat you with respect.

  Standard McDonalds food, but the service was hard to swallow. Many tourists stop here and they are not welcome or treated well by the staff. Generally, the staff treats everyone poorly, but I witnessed some foreign tourists get treated badly. They did nothing wrong, but the staff barely served them, didn’t want to answer their questions and threw their food on the counter in a disrespectful way. We felt bad for the visitors. Hard to watch.
