There is always an issue with mobile orders and they are always out of food items. When you do receive your inevitably incorrect order, the food is cold and items missing. Today was my first time back in over 3 months and will be my last. I had major issues with 2 separate app orders and there wasn’t a supervisor on staff at the time that could help. The young man at the drive thru window kept apologizing but it’s not his fault the management at this store is worthless.

First of all, there was only 1 girl helping heat up tortillas, put proteins,toppings while the other 2 people (Yanira, and a guy with glasses and beard) just stared at her! horrible. Poor girl doing everything alone while these 2 people watching her doing nothing, there was no meat in the containers!! My burrito was literally a salad, no meat and paid full price for. When I asked Yanira why she was standing there not helping she said "the manager told her not to move" not only was she standing there when she handed me my cup she threw it and gave me attitude. Ate there and continued to mad dog and be disrespectful. The guy with the beard said to his manager "get this lady out of here she's recording" big and ballsy lol. Little man was just pushing buttons. So disorganized!!!! DO NOTTT COME HERE. I myself have worked in a fast paced food location and I understand people have hard days but man this was the worst chipotle l've ever seen.

The staff is all over the place with food, you have multiple people start making food then walk away and they loose track. I had to have them prepare 5 different times for only 2 meals. Even though only 2 people in front of me it took 40 minutes to get food. Avoid this place go to Panda or McDonald's next door
