  Horrible!!! Everything was disgusting, i ordered a half chicken half steak bowl and got scraps of chicken and steak, they were both tough and had nasty gristle and fat that i was unable to eat. The lettuce and sour cream were ok but the pico had gross pieces of tomato ends, they were also very skimpy on the servings. I ordered the new Cilantro Lime sauce which i’ve tried before this experience and the one i got at this location was disgusting, it tasted extremely old and like metallic. Everything tasted old and i would highly not recommend this place.

  I read the negative reviews, but decided to give it a chance as Chipotle is a restaurant we like, plus we were hungry from a long drive. We were greeted by Ron, who was upbeat, kind and ready to help us! The staff prepared our food in a timely manner and Carrie was nice ringing us up. However, while trying to enjoy our food the manager decided to have a staff meeting while customers were in the restaurant. It was very loud and personally very uncomfortable to listen to. It just wasn’t the time and place. The staff looked uncomfortable as well. I walked up and asked for dressing and the cashier had no idea how to get it for me as the manager was in the middle of her speech. Management should be an example of customer service and Ron was a prime example and not the manager today. Highly disappointed in the atmosphere. The entire restaurant could hear the conversation. Thanks Ron and Carrie for making our experience a better one!

  put no cilantro allergy as the name of a pickup order since there is no area for a note, woman ignored request and when asked said “i thought your name was no cilantro allergy” ridiculous

  Came from Vegas decided to give this place a try because me and my husband are both big eaters. We love food! Sadly we were left disappointed food was terrible, bland, and the cost is ridiculous! There was also hair in my bowl I think it belonged to one of the managers! Ended up going to Panda next door they we're great especially the orange chicken! Don't plan on coming back anytime soon unless this place gets sorted out!

  Stopped for a quick meal while on the road. The staff was very kind. Food was fine - probably a little less than the chipotle standard.
