THEY JUST TOSS IN THE MACHINE AND SET TIMER! No heat*** If you come to order here make sure your food is warm/hot before you leave.

The staff was standing there waiting 8-15 min for the shift change since they were bringing the new register which I understand, it happens. But during that time they were literally standing around with containers empty and no bread ready. By the time the person arrived and they started to take orders guess what happened? They had no ingredients for the sandwiches and no bread. So when we started ordering they had to tell us to wait as they went to the back and to bring ingredients and bread. 🤦🏻♂️ anyway when we asked for "melted" the bread came out and it was barely warm and the cheese was like barely melted. I didn't say anything on the spot because I didn't want to make a scene and make the staff uncomfortable but I also work in a kitchen and this type of behavior is what makes a business get bad reviews. Like I said before, I love subway and their service is usually pretty good but here I ended up pretty disappointed. The attitude of the staff seemed like they didn't want to be there and the food overall was 4/10 when its usually 8/10. (Image of cold melted sandwich lol)
