  The food was good. The service was ok our server was good had other staff bring our drinks which went to another table. When he came to check on us we still didnt have our drinks. The food the same. Our friend got a salad which wasn't delivered to our table . We had to asks for that also. Not sure where it went. It seemed like our server took the order and someone else delivered it

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great experience at Saltgrass Steak House thanks to our amazing server, Christopher! We were on a tight schedule before heading to a show, and he went above and beyond to make sure our food came out quickly without sacrificing quality. His service was friendly, attentive, and professional — truly one of the best we’ve had anywhere. The porterhouse steak was absolutely perfect, cooked exactly how we ordered, and the truffle fries were to die for — crispy, flavorful, and unforgettable. We left full, happy, and right on time for our show. Huge thanks to Christopher for making our night stress-free and delicious! If you visit Saltgrass, ask for Christopher — you won’t be disappointed!

  Memo, our server was the BEST we have ever had. He was professional, attentive and very friendly. Saltgrass is very fortunate to have Memo on your team! Our ribeye steaks were cooked perfectly. They were juicy, tender and cooked to order. Everyone is so friendly. It was an absolute awesome experience!

  We thought we would get a good or great cut of meat. I got a ribeye 12oz. At best it was somewhere between a select or choice grade Very tough and chewy. I asked for a medium steak and received a medium rare. I added Grilled shrimp it was good for frozen shrimp. The mashed red potatoes were lumpy flavor was good but lumpy potatoes tells me no one is tasting the food they are serving. Please, Mashed potatoes! The house salad nothing special iceberg lettuce cheddar cheese and a good house vinaigrette but too much of it. I forgot to get dressing on the side. Granted some like a few drops and others are able to drink their salad. The best part of the dinner was the fresh baked loaf bread. Good crust I think it was a white wheat served with whipped butter. Dessert was a slice of pumpkin cheese cake. I love pumpkin. The slice was huge, enough for two. It was made in house the graham cracker crust was uneven and not of the topping but good overall. I had a watermelon martini very sweet but I loved it. Service was good, very charming and professional staff. The night before we ate at bubba gumps which is 15’ away we should ate at bubba’s again. Both restaurants have beautiful view of the Colorado River
