  It was an amazing dinner experience. Our waitress Robby almost immediately felt like she was family and offered to take pictures of our family and just all around was funny, charismatic, and truly just made our dinner something to talk about the rest of that night and even the next day. My own mother called me two times to do this review especially for Robby!! The food was fantastic and again her service made it truly awesome. We are always gonna ask for Robby when we visit Laughlin again!!

  We went in to Outback for the Mushroom Appetizer. We had been there before Covid and so enjoyed the Mushrooms. This visit was my husbands 83rd birthday(Feb. 2026) celebration. Only this time they were completely different, very small, bits and pieces and overly cooked, kinda burnt. We went home right afterward and thank goodness we did. I barely made it to the bathroom with diarrhea. I woke up this morning to my husband in the bathroom throwing up. We have decided that we Will never go back to this Outback. We donot normally complain butI am writing this review because we also went there for my birthday last June 2025. We ordered steak & shrimp. His order the shrimp were fried and were really good…. Mine were to be grilled but when I got mine they were like strings of skin laying next to my steak…. Absolutely no meat not even a hint of shrimp meat in it. I could not even believe the server would ever put this plate in front of a customer! I was so disappointed that right then I decided I would never go back but My husband convinced to go for the mushrooms because we have had a great experience with them before. Never Again….so please BEWARE and be cautious people ! If something does not taste right… donot eat it..send it back.

  So my time at outback in Laughlin was really great, ate there three times in the weekend and it was SOOO gooood, Service was amazing the staff is so friendly and kind I got the same server all three times and Carley was great, she was attentive fast with my orders and such and made me feel welcome. I was approached by a member of management every time I was there her name was Brandy and really made me feel welcomed to be there I even noticed her helping her team with all kinds of task of which i love one big team!, I will definitely return to Outback in Laughlin recommend 10/10

  We got to Outback at 430pm on Valentines day. We understand it will be a wait and take some time. Was told it will be 2 and a half hours. We said ok. Checked in with desk at 2 hours was told 45 mins or sooner. No call or text after that time so we go check why, they say another 30mins or sooner. After 4 hours of waiting for a table for 2 we walked out after I ask Manager why it's been so long for 2 people. She said reservations and people before us. I said I called and was told you guys don't do reservations. So lie there and then watch a hostes go hug a friend and take them right in. After we left and went to in and out do to the time we got a text our table was ready 4 hours and 45mins after checking in. This Manager was a joke and does not know how to run a busy restaurant. Not the first time we have seen her do this to people.

  My recent stay at the Aquarius in Laughlin, was good and while staying at the Aquarius I had a few meals at outback and i can confidently say it is one of the best I've been too in my time. my first meal there i noticed it to be super busy but did now have to wait long, my server was a man named Cameron who provided amazing service the while time and was very attentive, while enjoying my meals both days i was greeted by manager Brandy who was amazing with all interactions. i had a issue with the cook on my steak and Brandy came and checked and asked how i was doing and i mentioned it as no big deal it is what it is and she had me a new steak out and ready in MINUTES, amazing service. I will continue to spend my money and time at this Outback for Shure.
