  Tried to come for dinner, but the line was insanely long and not moving. Decided to come the following day for an early dinner to avoid the long wait. Came in around 5 and still had to wait a little while to be seated. I eventually got seated and still had to wait nearly 10 minutes to be greeted and offered beverages. I ordered a patty melt (which was overpriced) and after another long wait I got my lukewarm sandwich. It was devoid of any flavor and was clearly reheated mass produced frozen beef patties. Onions weren't adequately cooked...not color on them at all. I was given my check while I was halfway through my meal and was told to pay in font. I went to pay and had to wait AGAIN to pay my bill. Overall, it took almost 2 hours for what should have been a 45 minute experience. This places is a masterclass on how NOT to run a restaurant.

  We waited over an hour for our food, had two servers ask us for our order and they still forgot my friends plate they never even put it in he had to wait 45 for his food. When complained to the manager she came back with a $5 discount?!? It not about the discount it’s about how you treat your customers when they are unhappy.

  Overall rating is lower based on 45 minute wait. We ate here twice during our stay. Both times there was a long wait to be sat at the table, another time we went elsewhere. Table service was great and food was good, as expected. We ordered from the specials which are a great value. Jay was our server and he anticipated our needs in advance. Lovely view of the river. Thanks to everyone who fed us this morning. :-)

  We waited over an hour in line to get in, so we expected something good. Unfortunately we were disappointed. Our server was great, though I forgot her name. Very friendly and sweet. We did get a river view table, but all the shades were down so we couldn’t really see it. I ordered the eggs Benedict, and the color of the Hollandaise was some very bright, acid yellow sprinkled with a lot of paprika. It wasn’t hot, the taste was average, and the price was $15. The coffee was good and our server kept the refills coming. My husband got a biscuits and gravy and eggs combo, which again was very average and lukewarm. Will I go back? No. I was expecting something much better for the line of 50-60 people waiting to get in.
