  The music was perfect, not too loud. This was my first time and I was excited. I had a difficult time choosing food, great menu. I chose Crab and Shrimp Bucket Garlic flavor. It tasted more like Cajun sauce and it was way too salty. My uncle also stated his was overly salty and he had Mac and Cheese dish. We went 4/3/26 Good Friday around 4pm. Not that impressed unfortunately. But, 😕 My aunt and cousin had Shrimp Scampi and it was delicious! So next time I'll have that! My cousins boyfriend had the Shrimp New Orleans and loved it. Atmosphere and servers were fabulous!!

  I am personally reaching out to let you know that when we arrived at your Laughlin location we were greeted by Summer and Jordan. They were very nice and informative and since I had made a reservation we were sat rather quickly. Our server Skyla was absolutely amazing! She was engaging, informative and always there when we needed her. Her service was A++ It was our first trip to a bubba gump's and we definitely enjoyed the food. I hope skyla is definitely recognized for her professionalism and not only handling our three person table but handling big parties of 8 plus more. Always had a smile on her face, this girl definitely needs a raise!

  An excellent place with very good service; the entire staff was highly efficient, and the venue was very clean and tidy. It offers an excellent view of the Colorado River. Our food was delicious, and the atmosphere was great. We did have to wait 30 minutes for a table, so it is best to make a reservation.

  WELL I WOULD BE 0 STARS IF I WOULD!!! RIGHT ITS MARCH 21ST AT 7PM THE HOSTESS IS VERY RUDE AND RACIST!!!!!!!!!!!........ THE HOSTESS NAME SUSANNA SHE CAUCASIAN WITH BRUNETTE HAIR AND GLASS HAD A IHIGH PITCH VOICE TALKING TO ME AND MY WIFE IM FILIPINO AND MY WIFE MEXICAN BUT WHEN TALK TO THE OTHER CAUCASIANS SHE WAS SHE WAS POLITE AND LOW PITCH VOICE I WOULD NEVER EVER CONE BACK TO THIS PLACE

  If I could give 0 stars, that's what I would rate this place. Patio seating with the lake view was the only highlight. I asked FIVE servers and the hostess to bring a high chair for our party and I had to get up and go find a high chair in a very crowded dining room before someone stopped and asked if I needed help with anything. I told them at that point, I had asked five servers for a high chair and was getting it myself. It took a quick minute for the server to take our drink order but it took about 20-30 minutes before our drinks arrived and the server switched up souvenir cups and drinks. It took about another 20 minutes for our order to be taken. No refills while waiting. About almost an hour after we placed our order, our server came and told us our food was, "just sitting there". We were at the restaurant for about 2.5 hours and missed the day light to enjoy the river walk. The service and long wait made me change my mind about buying anything from their gift shop. They didn't deserve my family and I from spending any further money here.
