  Excellent experience, food was perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. We had the omakase menu and it was delicious. Our waitress was Jasmin, and she was very knowledgeable and professional but friendly at the same time. I highly recommend it for any occasion. Don’t leave without trying the Lychee martini.

  We did the Omakase menu and it was absolutely amazing. The server was so knowledgeable and friendly. He helped with drinks and each plate came out hot and on time. Beautiful presentation the dessert was incredible. The fish with miso dip is one of my favorite things ever. Highly recommend.

  An absolute masterclass in modern Japanese dining. My wife Wenjing and I visited Zuma at the Cosmopolitan, and the experience was flawless from start to finish. We started with the spicy edamame, which was perfectly coated and had just the right kick to wake up the palate. The highlight of the night, hands down, was the mushroom kamameshi (rice hot pot). The tableside presentation—stirring the hot pot and generously shaving fresh black truffle right over the top—was an incredible touch of theater, and the aroma alone was worth it. The signature miso-marinated black cod was buttery, flaky, and practically melted in the mouth, while the sliced beef was incredibly tender and cooked to absolute perfection. Impeccable service, a vibrant atmosphere, and top-tier ingredients. A must-visit when in Vegas!

  Had dinner at Zuma inside the Cosmopolitan and it was such a great experience. The steak was cooked perfectly, the skewers were packed with flavor, and the drinks were smooth and well-balanced. Service was excellent!! very attentive and knowledgeable. If you’re in Vegas, this spot is a must.

  Absolutely amazing experience at Zuma Las Vegas. The food was outstanding, every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is elegant yet lively, perfect for a special night out. A special thank you to Jason for the exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made great recommendations that truly elevated our dining experience. He made us feel welcomed and taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend this place and definitely ask for Jason if you want top-tier service!
