Worst experience ever. Placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive thru when we arrived they informed us they were out of the Oreos for the frostys which we were like ok fine, but then told us to park in the front which we would assume would mean because our food was being made fresh and we ask if we can has ketchup in our bag since the app doesn’t allow you to add ketchup packets. Instead we are parked for nearly 30 minutes and they bring out cold food, melted frostys, 5 drinks with no carrier, old fries, and no ketchup. We go back inside to ask for a refund at this point we are upset that my kids are hungry and complaining and I just want my money back. They tell me they can do it on the app and then proceed not to know how and the girl “manager” (there are only 3 teenage looking employees working) says she has to to call someone takes an additional 15 minutes on the phone to not figure out how to give me a refund and tell me I have to call an 800 number to get my money back and can not give me a managers name or number to speak to as she said they do not have another manager there. So not only did I not get my food, I didn’t get my money back and I lost an hour of my life dealing with incompetence of this store! I will never go back to this store again. This was ridiculous!

I have visited this Wendy’s location multiple times, and unfortunately the experience is consistently below standard. A recurring issue is that items available on the app are frequently out of stock in-store. This creates unnecessary delays, especially during a limited lunch break, as orders cannot be fulfilled as placed and require changes upon arrival.
This is not an occasional inconvenience but a repeated pattern. On a prior visit, I purchased Frosty keychains through the app, only to be told at pickup that they were unavailable. I was then advised to visit another location to retrieve them, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. When I requested a refund through the app, it was not processed properly and I was instead given cash, which was not the appropriate resolution.
Most recently, I ordered chicken tenders and a large drink. Upon arrival, I was informed they were out of tenders and offered a substitution. Shortly after, I was also told they were out of large and medium drink sizes, leaving only small options available. Being asked to carry multiple small drinks as a substitute is not a reasonable solution.
When I inquired about these ongoing shortages, I was told that inventory issues stem from management not keeping items properly stocked. Whether accurate or not, the consistent lack of availability suggests a larger operational problem.
At this point, it is difficult to rely on this location for a quick and straightforward order. I hope management takes steps to improve inventory practices and ensure that items listed as available can actually be fulfilled.
When I do get my food, it is very overcooked as you can see from the photos.

Very disappointed to see that they open at 10 AM and considering breakfast ends at 10:30 this location no longer offers breakfast? I called another Wendy’s nearby to confirm and confirm this location no longer offers breakfast. You might as well just close down the location, service was never great. The food was always par and now no breakfast might as well close.

I went in one day with my daughter only to be greeted as if I was bothering them. No one walked up to take my order, so I walked out! Went in with my husband the next evening and was greeted with "I have to wait for my coworker to pay for their order, then I can take yours" only to be standing there for 10 minutes. We just walked out. This is the second time in a week that I have just walked out of this location. I will not walk in again. Employees need to be trained on what customer service really is.
