    My kids love Wendy's so I stop here almost everyday. It's near my house and the workers work hard

    The service was okay. The restroom was pretty clean. The food was just average. My chicken sandwich was almost as hard as a rock with very little sauce, so dry, as well. My friend's burgers both had bacon that was hard and chewy, also. The fries were cooked more than usual, which I can usually expect when I ask for them well done but far from the crispness I truly desire. The brownie batter frosty was the saving grace of the whole meal and I enjoyed every last drop. And I must mention, the parking lot, and I assume most of the surrounding area had an incredibly foul odor in the air that was almost unbearable. I couldn't immediately discern the source of the smell but didn't spend very long outside. Luckily, the stench did not continue once we were inside or else we wouldn't have stayed to eat there.

    Why did this Wendy’s girl named Brenda just tell me that they aren’t allowed to give refunds???? That her regional manager told her that I’m like what???? But if you guys mess up food you have to refund people she said “it didn’t come from me, it came from my regional manager” it’s like girl do you hear what you are saying? It doesn’t matter what who told you if yall mess up someone’s food that they paid for the customer has the right to ask for a refund. That is extremely poor customer service to tell a person that. I would love for the regional manager to contact me and tell me why this is in place when it’s a fast food restaurant that is bound to mess up at some point.
