They are so unprofessional Isa the Filipino lady is so rude and disrespectful, you had people waiting for over 25 mins for fries and frosty inside while you guys served everyone in the window with their orders fast, by the time they got to everyone in the store the frosties was gone and the employee was getting smart and upset with the customers !!! Isa needs fired

I liked my coffee... My wedges didn't taste like why I ordered them. They were greasy. The French Toast was burnt. Nothing like when they were first introduced.

Time was 430, no drive thru line and 5 people dining and ordering inside. I pulled up to order drive thru and a rude lady’s voice said “due to staff shortages our drive thru is closed.” So I went in and waited to order for over 20 minutes as I watched multiple vehicles ordering drive thru and getting served. When I asked the lady with the headphones why am I still waiting to order 20 minutes after I came because she told me drive thru was closed? She was immediately defensive making it sound like my fault. She immediately said “I don’t care, can’t you see my heart is breaking. This is just a job.” So I patiently waited and ordered at 5:34 and received the taco salad at 545. Crackers, no salsa, no sour cream, wilted lettuce, dry cheese, and the chili was so old the beans were wrinkled up. It tasted like it might have been sour, so after 2 bites I tossed it in the trash. I don’t think 1 table in the dining area had chairs pushed in and the table clean. The floor had trash on it and there Dominos pizza boxes sitting on top of the garbage container 2 tables away. The same lady came around and changed the bag in that trash receptacle closest to me, shook the bags and left the trays and pizza boxes on the receptacle. This lady is souring that location! I will not return and will spread the word to stay away like the reviews say!! 0 Star

We ordered through the app. The location was 2601 S Eastern Ave. We got there around 11:40 pm. Google said that location closes at 1am. We sat in the drive through and there was no help. Lights were on but couldn't see anyone. I'm glad I was able to cancel my order. We've to Sonic down the street for less.

I had a really frustrating experience at this location today.
When I pulled up to the drive-through, the employee greeted me but clearly wasn’t listening when I gave my order. I spoke at a normal pace and had to repeat the entire thing because she didn’t hear anything I said. My order was simple: a #1 single cheeseburger combo with no pickles, no tomatoes, a root beer, and I upgraded to large when she suggested it for $1 more.
When I got to the window and paid with Apple Pay, the employee handed me my drink but didn’t give me a receipt. She also didn’t give me a straw, so I had to wait while they finished my food. The straw ended up being in the bag, but the receipt wasn’t.
Before pulling away, I asked for barbecue sauce and was told it would be $0.59, which honestly felt ridiculous. If you’re going to charge extra for sauce, at least make sure the food you’re serving is fresh.
When I checked my food after pulling off, the fries were completely stale and old. Also my cheeseburger was greasy As if I was at five guys Restaurant. At that point I was pretty irritated. I wanted to call about the issue, but I realized they never gave me my receipt.
So I went back inside just to get the receipt, and somehow everyone was confused about who I even was, even though I had literally just been at the drive-through window less than a minute earlier.
Overall the experience was sloppy:
• Not listening to customers at the speaker
• No receipt given
• Extra charge for sauce
• Old fries
• Confusion when I came inside
Definitely not the level of service or food quality I expected.
