Chef Jaimee Pepe is at the helm of Twin Creeks, which proudly serves Certified Angus Beef®. The Prime-grade 16-ounce New York Strip is hand-cut in house and char-grilled on a Montague broiler, which the chef calls the "Cadillac of the kitchen." The beef can be finished with a choice of eight sauces and toppings, including a unique coffee crust, brandy peppercorn, or the classic French demi-glace. The unsweetened iced tea was really good they gave you your own little vase of lemon and sweetener for you to add how much you want. There was a lot of little details. They even gave you chocolates at the end of the meal! The Rockefeller oysters were so good, highly recommend them!
