I was given a jetty punch (standard) which clearly had pineapple. Now no one will assist or answer me through the store or corporate.

I waited about 10 mins and just pulled up to the window, noticed there was no line and the person at the window was texting on their phone, I asked why she never came back to the speaker cuz I been waiting. She told me with the most horrible attitude “because it’s broken” and I said how was I supposed to know that? I said instead of being on your phone why don’t you put a sign up instead. The other part is they opened their back door multiple times to put cleaning stuff outside so they clearly saw there was a line outside. That type of service is lazy, unprofessional, and she had the audacity to have a bad attitude. She needs to be re trained in service and basic job duties. Order ID 22621882136608
