  Oh my goodness! That Strawberry Blush smoothie was amazing. Michaela was so sweet and really brighten my day. It was my birthday and she was the first person to tell it to me and made my day even brighter!!! This location will be my favorite from today here on!

  I love that I was ignored until their existing orders went out, but they stopped everything, my order included, to make sure the man behind me got service right away Smoothie was good tho Customer service is just not existent here, waited 6 minutes this time for any of the 7 employees to acknowledge me and nah, I understand you're busy during a rush but greet every customer not just the men? Don't waste your time or hard earned money, thought I'd give a second chance and I regret it

  I went in the drive thru to order a chia banana boost for my girlfriend who had a peanut allergy and I asked them to SUB the peanut butter for strawberries and no almonds and I requested it for the blender to be cleaned due to my girlfriend nut allergy and when she received the smoothie nothing had been substituted and she had to use an EpiPen due to the allergic reaction she had after drink the smoothie. Please train your employees correctly and how to work with allergy prevention. I would like to speak of to the general manager because I know the person taking the order had very attitude. She had on a grey polo and very skinny. I didn't catch her name. There was no sorry, just attitude and I drove off in disappointment.

  Waited at the counter for 12 minutes while 4 employees ignored me. Almost walked at the 5-minute mark but then I just had to see how long it would take for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, after 8 minutes in someone said we haven't forgotten about you. Not a high or sorry, we're busy even though we have more staff than customers. Where has customer service gone??

  Got there at 10.49PM and they closed at 11PM. The dining is closed so I was trying to do the drive through. Went to their windows and there was a male employee moping the floor, the most annoying part was he saw me on the windows and he completely ignored me. I was 10 mins early! If you are that lazy, you can quit your job. I hope the manager reads this review.
