  Smoothie wasn't as good as it could be. Other stores make it better when is not to your satisfaction?It's kind of just a letdown, it's like ah now i'm drinking this eight dollar smoothie.That isn't as good as I know.It can be. So you guys should figure that out

  I’m disappointed. My husband and I were looking forward to eating our açaí bowl, something fast and convenient on-the-go, just to realize it’s FROZEN. Not even made fresh. Now I have to thaw it out on our dashboard on our drive to the next destination. Very disappointed.

  I ordered online and when I checked my order it was wrong and the sandwich was messy. I ordered a chicken pesto sandwich and it looked like someone threw it all in and wrapped it. My acai nutella bowl I had ordered without coconut as I am allergic and there were pieces in there I had to throw the whole thing away and I attempted to call the place 6 times and no answer. When I walked in there the person working in the front was so busy and she asked for help from people in the back and there was a line of 5 people waiting to order. This place is good in the morning but afternoon is horrible.

  I ordered through Uber Eats this morning and I always get the Mango Monsoon, but what I received is not a Mango Monsoon, it’s a Mango Magic. I know the difference because this exact mistake happened two days ago when I came into the store in person. When I told the employee at the counter it wasn’t correct, she tried to tell me that I ordered the Mango Magic, which I know for a fact I did not because I order this smoothie regularly. Now that the same mistake happened again today, it pretty much proves that I didn’t order the Mango Magic and that my order keeps getting mixed up. The Mango Magic is a lighter yellow, while the Mango Monsoon is a darker yellow, almost orange, which is how I know they’re different. I tried calling the store several times this morning and no one answered, so leaving this review was my only option. I’m also at work, so I can’t just leave and come get it corrected, which makes it even more frustrating since I paid for a drink I didn’t want.
