  This place is the absolute worst. The employees that worked here when the old African American manager was here, they were amazing. Now, they always seem like they are in a rush, don't care about the service and the smoothies are so watered down. I would not recommend this tropical smoothie location to anyone and here's why. I requested a beach bum with extra white chocolate and blueberries. I got a beach bum with dark chocolate - not even what I asked for. And my son is allergic to peanut butter and they gave him a peanut butter chocolate drink? I told them several times he's allergic to peanut butter. Do they not listen when people are ordering? Good thing I checked it first or else I would have had to take time off to go to the e.r very disappointed. :( won't be coming here again.

  Smoothie was good and the place was clean. I was disappointed that they do not offer the veterans discount at this location and there were no napkins out.

  terrible experience 👎the lady with fake blonde hair on the drive thru is rude and always in a rush she made my order wrong 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄other than the fact that she wasn’t even fast she stands and talks with her coworkers. Came back the next day in the afternoon complaint to an employee and this sweet girl made sure to make my order right .

  I found a plastic fruit label in my smoothie today. I usually have an issue with the servers dry attitude and never saying thank you or you’re welcome, or even saying hi. Disappointed

  I don't usually leave reviews, but after my experience here I felt inclined to do so, the two girls weren't rude or anything they were just extremely inept at their job and work at a sloths pace. The counter area completely unattended for 10 minutes or more as customers are piling up walking in while they fulfill only drive trough orders. I ordered 2 smoothies about 10-15 minutes before coming in to the store and waited for an additional 20 minutes in the lobby and they still did not have the smoothies ready and these girls were just standing around yapping. I asked for a refund and they said they couldn't help me because there was no manager in. So not only did I not get my smoothies, I was also late for work and didn't get my refund. Will not come back here again.
