  As a meeting planner making both individual & group dinner reservations, The Palm-Las Vegas does not disappoint! The responsiveness of the staff is amazing and the results are phenomenal every time.

  Food is phenomenal I will say that much! Unfortunately I have to rate the service as ONE STAR. We had a gift card purchased for us for our trip which they denied after our 400$ meal came to a close. They said they "couldn't accept it" because we didn't have the "gift card number" BUT...the manager told us to return in the morning with our card number and we would be reimbursed, so no issues right? Wrong. Low and behold, here we are today back at The Palm, as instructed and no one in the entire restaurant knows how to process a refund. I would caution ANYONE using a gift card or ewallet to get confirmation BEFORE their meal from the manager or the person in charge. You could very well end up with a bill and with a useless gift card just like we have. The food was great but not great enough to outweigh poor customer service and having your time wasted. 400$ + 300$ + cab fare back here this morning WASTED. We will have a few drinks and take a meal to go and consider it a lesson learned. We WILL NOT return here and as I said, I caution anyone considering The Palm to weigh your other food options first. Thank you.

  For someone who's been to The Palm restaurants all over the country, this one is hands down my favorite. My company holds a client appreciation dinner there every year at our industry trade show & EVERYONE has such a blast and absolutley loves the food anytime we go. The running joke is it's a steakhouse, but we all order the Chicken Parm because its THAT good. Everyone gets a kick out of it, but all in all it's just such a great resturant. Thank to you the Palm Vegas crew always !!!!!!

  We had a business dinner at this restaurant. Great choices for everyone from the steaks to the fish. I loved the appetizers and how the waitress had suggested to bring a nice plate with various appetizers that the table could share. It was a nice touch. Less decisions. Meat balls were fire and the ribeye was perfectly cooked

  The best service and the best lobster bisque I’ve ever had. Yes we could have chosen any place in Vegas to celebrate our anniversary, but The Palm outdid themselves especially with the steak / lobster duo. We topped it off with a great bottle of wine. We were never rushed and our waitress was so great. She was super sweet. We had an amazing time and will return as this was the best food we tasted in Vegas this trip.
