All of our dishes were great, however DO NOT order the French toast unless you enjoy artificial maple syrup. I asked the server if the French toast is served with real maple syrup and he said yes. Unfortunately it came with "pancake syrup" i.e. Aunt Jemima made from high fructose corn syrup and artificial flavors. Very disappointing given the price point of the restaurant.

The Henry dining experience:
Beignets are really good.
We had Steak and eggs, and Traditional eggs Benedict
If you are into steaks. This is very good.
The poached egg is also highly recommended
Sara, the host gave us excellent support and service.

I had one of the worst dining experiences here, and it was entirely due to the service. From the very first interaction, the waitress was unprofessional, rude, and dismissive. She struggled to take a simple order correctly, and when a mistake was made, her response came across as sarcastic and indifferent rather than helpful.
As someone who is Middle Eastern, I do not eat bacon for cultural and religious reasons. When this was clearly communicated, I expected at least a basic level of understanding and professionalism. Instead, the situation was handled with attitude and a lack of respect, which made the experience even more frustrating.
What stood out most was the lack of accountability. There was no sincere apology, no effort to properly fix the issue, and no indication that customer satisfaction mattered.
Everyone can have an off day, but taking it out on customers is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures staff are better trained in communication, cultural awareness, and basic customer service. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I don’t have confidence in this business’s ability to meet the needs of customers from diverse backgrounds if situations like this are not addressed.
At The Cosmopolitan Las Vegas, with a great Brunch menu, and as I always recommend, making a reservation is always helpful, especially here in Vegas.
My friend ordered the Beignets, but to me were more like friend round donuts, let’s say you can skip them.
I got the Salmon Toast, with a delicate spread, capers, red onions on a toast, it comes with 4 slices, this is a shareable breakfast item. Yummy!
The fried chicken with gravy and biscuits was so tasty, I liked it but my friend said it was ok, I truly think it was delicious, I would say it’s rich.
Avocado toast was also ordered and you know you can’t go wrong with avocado toast
I also got the banana foster pancake, but only one and oh gosh it was the star of the morning, order them! :)
Good service, great food.

Sought The Henry out because we are gluten free. I knew they had several options, which is always encouraging! The wait on a Saturday morning was over an hour, so definitely get a reservation. The totchos were ok - a bit soggy with very little questions. I had the grilled cheese and tomato soup which were good, but the grilled cheese was TINY. It was 3 tiny pieces of gf bread, each folded over some cheese. Wasn't much cheese either, but I am grateful to have it as an option and the tomato soup was delicious and a good portion. My husband had the burger which he said was standard. My son had fried chicken and gravy with a biscuit. He didnt like the dirty gravy on it. Service was pretty slow. Overall meh for the price.
