The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas completely lives up to the hype. This isn’t your typical buffet, it’s on another level.
The quality of the food is outstanding across the board. From fresh seafood and perfectly cooked meats to the huge variety of international dishes, everything felt premium and well thought out. Nothing felt mass produced, which is rare for a buffet of this size.
The layout is really well done too, making it easy to move around without feeling overcrowded, and everything is kept clean and constantly replenished.
Desserts were a real highlight, loads of options and all finished to a really high standard.
Service was excellent for a buffet, staff were attentive and quick to clear plates and keep drinks topped up.
It’s definitely a premium price point, but you absolutely get what you pay for. If you’re in Vegas and want a proper buffet experience, this is the one to do.

Ridiculous experience. I walked over to the Wynn for their breakfast buffet, scanned the QR code at the entrance, and paid $74.95 (plus tax) to make a reservation. When I got to the hostess, they wouldn’t let me in without the physical credit card and driver’s license.
I showed the card in my Apple Wallet with the full card number, my email confirmation, and even photos of my driver’s license and passport. Still, the manager said no—they required the physical card and ID.
I asked if I could cancel and just pay with Apple Pay instead, and they refused.
Honestly, what a frustrating policy. I ended up going to the Palazzo instead and had an excellent breakfast there.

People still compare Wynn's The Buffet to Bacchanal. That is simply inappropriate. "The Buffet" is exactly what you expect from the high end buffet that you are paying a premium for. There is no comparison. There used to be, but not anymore. "The Buffet" is head and shoulders superior... for quality.
The carving meats are moist and so well seasoned.
The Truffle Mac and Cheese is excellent.
The hot snow crab legs are sweet and fresh and they pull right out of the shell.
The deserts are outstanding, including a properly toasted creme brulee at The Buffet vs. just custard at Bacchanal.
And the service was spot on. They don't just upsell you on the unlimited drinks. They service you, so that you can enjoy whatever you want.
Do yourself a favor. If you're going to spend the money for a special buffet, go to The Buffet and you'll get value for the cost.
Hands down winner.
Every station served food that was outstanding (except the sushi - skip it). The beef ribs steal the show. Fantastic. But even the staples that folks usually base their expectations on are fantastic (the prime rib is properly cooked and the hot snow crab legs are succulent, whereas Bacchanal's tasted freezer burned and they don't pull out of the shell cleanly).
The only problem you will have is that you will eat more than your should and still wish you could eat more!

We were very excited for this restaurant. I brought my 80 year old grandma here for a celebration. I am a physician for context, believe me when I say be wary of the seafood here. We are pescitarians and went straight for the seafood/crablegs when we got there. I Felt nauseous immediately and so did my grandmother. I thought it maybe was that particular dish, went back for small salmon sample. Same thing, felt nauseous immediately. The room started spinning. I asked for water and ginger ale tried to sit in my seat a while to settle myself. I did decide to tell the manager on the way out. They asked how long we stayed, which is reasonable and I understand their reasoning, but the reason we didn't leave sooner is because I was literally experiencing vertigo and could not get up from my Chair without feeling like I was going to pass out. It definitely was less than 45 minutes. I asked for water and ginger ale multiple times from the waiter to try to settle it but it did nothing. The manager did nothing except call security who did nothing, they never even called us back. felt like a rip off. It didnt have to be a refund and I definitely did not ask for one, but it did feel like they should have done something about it. It has the look, but the food is not good here.
If you’re in Las Vegas and thinking about a buffet, stop searching — Wynn Buffet is on a completely different level.
This is not your typical “all-you-can-eat.” We’re talking about a massive selection (easily 120+ items) and every single station feels like a high-end restaurant on its own.
The variety is honestly insane — from perfectly smoked brisket and high-quality seafood (crab legs, shrimp, oysters) to fresh pasta made right in front of you. The sushi section was surprisingly legit too — fresh, well-made, not the cheap buffet kind at all.
What really stood out to me was the quality. Usually buffets sacrifice quality for quantity — not here. Everything tasted fresh, well-seasoned, and carefully prepared.
And then the desserts… wow. This felt like a luxury pastry shop — beautifully designed cakes, macarons, chocolate creations, and so many options it’s actually hard to choose. On top of that, fresh fruits, juices, and a wide selection of drinks complete the experience perfectly.
The atmosphere is also super elegant, clean, and relaxing — you don’t feel like you’re in a chaotic buffet at all.
Yes, it’s on the higher-end price-wise, but honestly, it’s 100% worth it. This is an experience, not just a meal.
Highly recommend — I’d go back again without even thinking twice.
