  I’m extremely disappointed with the way my husband and child were treated at this location today. My husband placed an order and, while waiting, needed to take our young child to the restroom. The restrooms were locked, so he asked the staff for access. He was told they were closed and that he should take the child somewhere else. Even after explaining it was urgent, the staff refused and insisted they leave. Only after he kept asking did they finally unlock the restroom — but by then it was too late, and our child had already had an accident. Afterward, when picking up the order, my husband asked for a simple cup of water for the child. The staff refused, saying they “don’t give water” and that it’s only allowed on weekends. This is shocking, especially in a place like Las Vegas where access to water is basic and expected. This wasn’t just poor service — it felt like a complete lack of basic human decency. Denying a child access to a restroom and even a cup of water is unacceptable. We are regular customers, but after this experience, we seriously question whether we want to return

  Another 2am Taco Bell visit. Ordered from a stoplight miles ahead via the app. Quickly made it through the drive through. Friendly staff and accurate order.

  The guy at the drive thru this morning was very rude, should be fired! I ordered food and I was picking it up , I know that you have to walk in for pick up orders . Every door was locked , so I went to drive thru , he’s telling me it’s not locked and became very rude . This happen 8:12 am I left and never got my food and lost money

  I finally decide to try this place and dont get any hot sauce ..now im stuck at work hungry with Taco Bell dry tacos ..what a waste of my time and money ..cant eat this stuff without hot sauce ..i guess that’s what i get for trying to eat here ..

  Went for lunch today and food was awesome! Staff was courteous and an extra appreciation for MARY she is always sweet, helpful, and kind! She went the extra mile to make sure our dine-in experience was superb.
