    Whenever I order delivery or order ahead it it seems this location never has Cheesy Toasted Breakfast Burrito Sausage or the Breakfast Crunchwrap sausage, this location specifically please bring those breakfast items back

    Today, November 29, 2025, I went to buy food through the drive-thru. The cashier, a tall, thin, dark-skinned guy, had a very bad attitude. I paid him partly in cash and partly by card. He took the cash and charged everything to my card. If I hadn't noticed on the receipt, I wouldn't have realized he was overcharging me and keeping the $15 in cash. I went back into the restaurant and said, "Hey, you charged my card for everything!" He yelled at me and asked, "What's your problem?" I already told him, "The problem is that you charged my card for everything and didn't credit the cash I gave you.

    I placed my order through drive thru and was assisted by Anthony (per receipt) even tho the car in front of me took a long time once it was my turn Anthony was amazing and very professional. I pulled up to the window and he confirmed my order to make sure he got everything. The order did take about 20min which was frustrating and I had to park in front of the store. Anthony came out and apologized for the wait & for forgetting my 2 freezes. He did seem overwhelmed but was very professional and has amazing customer service skills. I hope your night gets better and keep up the great work.
