    Drive through always not moving even when there aren't busy; when you get your food is wrong, avoid this place at all costs, worst Taco Bell ever

    The last few times I had to wait 30-45 minutes for my mobile order but tonight was an hour. I even had a notification my food was ready and had asked someone check on it. No one checked on it so the food sat for over 30 minutes making me literally wait for no reason. When we finally got it our food was cold and soggy. We asked to speak to a manager after waiting for an hour and he said he's doing inventory so he can order the supplies they need to make our food! Like I don't understand why you would need to do inventory at that instant when there was literally 10 people waiting in the lobby also and while the drive thru line was down the street. He said it's not his team's fault why they are backed up and it's upper management's fault... Literally took no accountability in a leadership role to help his team out. As a manager he wouldn't even look into my finding my order or try making it knowing it's been an hour! Like why be a manager if you're not going to do the job of one! SMH!!!

    Just waited 50mins for an online order in the Drive Thru. They make you wait before the speaker so their wait times seem low. I finally get to the window after 35mins and they forgot to check me in so my food hadn’t bee started. I asked if I could go in and wait instead of making everyone behind me wait even longer for their mistake. Ended up waiting another 15mins inside for my food. Finally got home and the food is thrown together sloppily and has about half of the meat it should. Don’t go here.

    This location is horrible. What’s worse is corporate doesn’t even care to even try to fix it. A couple weeks ago we placed an order online for pick up and ended up waiting over 45 minutes for our food. We returned tonight and again they are trying to cheat their timing at drive through by making you wait at the ordering screen to pull up at the window for pick up when the previous customer pulls away. They are shady and won’t be returning to this location.

    First of all the experience was OK. The first time I went there, but there was a mistake on the order and when I called that day, they said that they were replace the whole thing just to make up for that mistake which is For me a good way to correct their mistakes. So they said I can come back anytime. It doesn't have to be that same day. I went today and I actually called them before I went there now. I told them that the representative at night said that they were gonna replace the whole thing because they made a mistake now when I got there everything changed especially this lady supposedly I'm believe the supervisor for the day Who did not wanna keep her employees promise to replace whatever they need to replace. They asked me to bring back the food which was two days ago To get compensated for the mistakes that they made. And I said you know what definitely I'll do that but what am I getting compensated? If I do bring back that food am I gonna get double compensated? I had to show them that I had called that same night about the issue food. They replaced it but instead of replacing it correctly they still made the same mistake as you did at that same night and then this little supervisor started giving me attitude And start acting like I wanna get free food. So I decide to go back and tell them you know what I wanted a soft taco instead of this crunchy taco and that's what you guys did again that's the mistake that you guys made the first time and you guys are doing it again that's why I was getting compensated for the whole order now she start acting like oh we're only supposed to replace. What about what about the pizza? Well, it was supposed to be a compensation for the mistakes that they made that's why I have the pizza.Then she started acting like oh come again with an attitude, and won't even give me the store manager's name and her name because of how she acts cause she know I was gonna complain. Honestly that is the worst customer service I've ever received in my life doesn't know how to handle customer service doesn't know how to handle problems or issues. All she did was give an attitude and talk like she knows everything. She told me to ask for the name next time when I asked for her name she doesn't wanna give her name. What a good leadership skills that she is showing to all her other peers at her work that it's OK to treat customers that way, and that is not a good way to start a business or to promote your services. Worst service I've ever had and I will still look for a way to contact corporate so this can be addressed this issue.
