  I ordered something they didn't have anymore and instead of telling me we don't have that anymore the person just decided to put something on the menu that I didn't order and when I told her that I said I just want to cancel my whole order now and then when I went to the window to complain to the manager the manager would not answer a simple question I said who instructed who trained that person to just put what they wanted to put when you didn't have what I asked for she wouldn't answer yes or no and she wouldn't say the person did something wrong the person did something wrong you didn't have what I asked for that's what you should have said when I asked for it we don't offer that anymore instead she put something up on the menu that I didn't order and then I told the manager she was stupid because she just wouldn't admit that and she wouldn't answer the question who trained her to do that and then the manager told me not to come back I can come back you don't own the store you didn't answer my question I don't think you apologize at all you were just very dense very dense and corporate will allow me to come back I'm a good customer and you mishandled that complaint you mishandled it 100% and I do think she was instructed to do that oh yeah and when I ordered it she said okay and she put something different up there

  Very bad service they closed n locked the doors on me when I tried to come pick up my order up, it was on 8:00 pm and they close at 4am. All of the teenagers that where on duty them start laughing while they all sat down n started talking

  Love the taco bell flavors but this location doesn't carry caffeine free options and charges you for items they do not give you. Would give more stars for the service but our order is missing items quite often. During the day is better, but the late night staff misses items. The Starry, lemonade and white Icee have been down for months. There are not many caffeine free options at this location, besides water. The only reason we go here is because of convince but very much considering another location for our weekly Taco Bell & a movie date night. Oh, and not that you would order this but I did and do not recommend it, the veggie mexican pizza. For the money, there is no value. The toppings are so very light that its pretty much just dry chip that you pay for. 😒

  I was there to pick up two orders and it took more than 30 minutes just to get the orders for Uber. What I noticed was that drive-thru was served quickest, then people that purchased in the lobby. The people in the lobby waited longer than I would have waited as a customer. I only waited because I was getting paid to wait. Delivery drivers got their orders last. I actually had to text my customers to let them know their orders wouldn't be on time because of this store. I normally don't have to do that but then again I don't normally service fast food chains. I definitely won't be picking up at this store again because the wait time kills your earnings per hour.

  Very nice but just like many things these days inflated prices. While income does not go up, I wouldn't be too surprised if their employees can really afford too many meals from there
