  Hello Anna,(possibly the managers name, when I asked for it EVERYONE behind the counter looked confused), I have been to this location MANY times. And have had great customer service here before. But today I am very disappointed!! First the I placed an order for GKs Tacos and a burrito. After waiting almost 30 minutes for someone to call me to pay for it (cause they were helping other customers) I walk back up to the counter and the girl with PURPLE hair tall and skinny, walks past me 3x before asking me if I need help. She tells me the total and according to all the signs I have seen the DTL tacos are apart of the GK taco thing. She says no. So I say take it off. I then pay for my food. Then they call me to pick it up. I grab it and was about to walk out but the lack of faith I have in your staff after asking for a managers name I decided to stop and check my food. I go through all my tacos, 2 of them are incorrect. I tell the staff and the lady then looks at my receipt to see if I am mistaken. I then assure her I am not, I have gone through ALL the tacos “THESE TWO ARE WRONG” then she asked me what they are supposed to be. I repeat it again. This is just ridiculous. If you all don’t want to be apart of the GK taco participation, then OPT out. All your customers should receive the same customer service. Needless to say I was not happy with this Taco Bell trip. Do better.

  While I’m stuck in this line I thought I’d write a review. Wish I could leave this line but the guy behind me didn’t get the memo when I tried to back up. Whoever is working 2/29 at 1228am is so slow.

  First and last time at this location. First my order was wrong and had to run my card twice. And the "limited time mini tacos" are usually good but this is the second time (First was at another location) the shell is completely rancid and stale tasting. I almost threw up. Too bad because they would be delicious if they weren't old and rotten shells! Oh and why ask if I wanted sauce if its not included in the bag when I say yes.

  Poor service lady taking the drive through orders made me wait almost 5 minutes for the code to the restroom doesn't take that long especially if I was up next as a customer

  This is the worst Taco Bell location in western Las Vegas. You can't hear the person on the drive thru. They don't ask you which meat you want on the food, and even if you tell them, they don't care. You get what you get. They're also super rude. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and got sausage. I saw the dude change it to bacon on the order, but like I said, you get what they want to give you, not what you ordered. I also ordered a Cinnabon's coffee, but they did not mix it, all the flavor and stuff formed a solid layer on the bottom of the glass. Save yourself some aggravation and go to the Jack in the Box next door or any one of the hamburger row fast food places right around the corner on Cheyenne.
