  Absolutely horrible customer service asked for help with the self-serve menu. Couldn't find what we were looking for. Got the finger and told to hold on a minute and he walked away so we walked out. We will never be eating here again. Guys suck

  No breakfast at this location. It would be nice to update the website. Or even in a big poster outside the restaurant.

  I stopped in to the Taco Bell on south Nellis.I placed my order on my phone. When I placed my order , my order went to the taco bell on lamb and charleston, when I asked the young lady behind the counter where my order was , we realized it wasn't there and that it was at the taco bell on south lamb and charleston, when I got there, it was already 20 minutes from putting my order in, i asked a young man if he could remake my orders.Since it was already soggy , he said no , so I asked for a refund. Then he offered to remake my order.They active like they were making my order over again, I live across the street when I opened the bag.They gave me my 20 minute order.That was taco was soggy.The mexican pizza was cold. I think I should receive a refund.That wasn't mice of them.
