Disappointing Service: Poor Order Prioritization and Workflow I have been a loyal patron of the Subway franchise for decades, but my recent experience at this location was one of the worst I’ve encountered. As someone who appreciates the brand, I feel it is my responsibility to bring this to the attention of management and fellow customers. I placed an online order ahead of time to ensure a quick pickup. Upon arrival, I was greeted and asked to wait while the employee finished a customer's order. I used that moment to mention I had one small customization request that wasn't available on the app—a simple enough ask for a pre-ordered sandwich. Instead of completing my order next, the employee completely skipped over me to attend to a walk-in customer who had just arrived. This completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Digital orders should be prioritized or at least handled in the sequence they are received, not set aside for new walk-ins while the customer is standing right there waiting. The incorrect order priorities and lack of professional workflow made what should have been a convenient experience a major waste of time. I hope management reviews their training regarding online order fulfillment and customer service.

The lettuce was absolutely horrendous and they said they couldn’t replace it because it was all the lettuce they had in store and had to wait until morning when prep came, i dont blame the two employees on shift, who might not have been able to do anything about it, but this is a great example of bad management in these types of situations, and ill be just going to jersey mikes from now on!

So yesterday I ordered a sandwich online and when I got there, it wasn’t ready yet. Young girl, working there all by herself. I think that’s really bad management to leave a young girl all by herself. Not only is it stressful for her to fulfill everybody’s order by herself, but I would think Management would be concerned about her safety. Anyway, I’ve been ordering the egg sandwich on flatbread thinking it was a healthy alternative until I read about what their eggs really are. They’re not even real eggs. They’re like egg yolks and egg whites and some soy bean stuff and this and that I just don’t know why they just can’t use a regular old egg. So I’m not coming back to subway Anymore. I do not think it’s a healthy alternative

Subway #35507-0 Employee was nice and they completed my order, but when it came down to pay, they selected the option to “Tip” on their end, and locked the screen so I couldn’t back out. The tip wasn’t egregious or anything, but I don’t think thats right. I’m going to enjoy the food, but I’m pretty sure that tips are supposed to be voluntary, not mandatory.
