  I’m so sick of these employees having an attitude I come in around 5-6am and every time the worker always acts annoyed that they have a customer and give out an attitude!!! You guys need to boost employee morals or something I’m not coming to this location anymore! I was going to be a regular coming at least 4 times a week because it’s next to the gym but I can’t stand people that are going to be so snarky. Just make the sandwich and go on with the day and don’t give me no attitude!! Like girl literally rolled her eyes!!! I let that guy give me an attitude from the other shift and now the girl that just clocked in hates me for wanting a protein pocket like come on now. You all need to fix your employees enthusiasm or something. I thought it was only the guy that had a snarky personality but it’s also the girl too.

  Trash service. I had an issue with their app failing and instead of correcting it and just making the food I have to sit here and wait 30 minutes for the manager to get off break. Common sense issues should be pretty easy to correct.

  Very hot and fresh sub. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Coupon online was a great deal too....can't beat the price!

  No care for customer service Or care if the customer is happy? I will never be coming back to this establishment again. Horrible experience and I haven't even eaten the food yet which I'm sure is not going to be great.
