  I came to this location which is right across from my jobI was craving a great sandwich. The Sandwich artist older Hispanic male asked me would I like my sandwich toasted and I said no. Although my sandwich was never put in the toaster the bread was hard as a rock. I couldn’t go back and complain or return due to me having a meeting to attend. Please just throw away hard or old bread it not ok to be passing it out ..

  YOU TOOK ALL THE GOOD ITEMS AWAY THAT MAKE THE SANDWICH GOOD, you have to buy a specific sandwich of for example you want banana peppers. Your business your choice, MY MONEY MY CHOICE, will never go back, shame on you.

  On 9/7/2022 at approximately 1:00pm, I went to this location to order sandwiches!! As I viewed the menu, I noticed the “mini” sub and inquired about its size as I wanted to get a kids sandwich for my grandson. When told the size, 3”, I said that was perfect and requested tuna as my topping!! I was informed that it could only be turkey or roast beef for the kids sandwich. I asked if those sandwiches were pre-made and was informed they were not. I was not understanding why I couldn’t have the topping of my choice and the two female workers on shift said that that was the only way the mini sub came. I was still questioning, when one of the female employees (not the person making my sandwiches) came forward to say that that’s the way it is and “if I didn’t like it, I could go somewhere else”!! Before this was even said to me, I had already acquiesced and ordered a six inch sandwich!! Her comment was unnecessary, unprofessional and disrespectful. Her customer service skills are lacking at best or better yet, nonexistent !! I could have gone down her same path and been just as accommodating by ordering 6 more sandwiches and when I got to the register, changed my mind and decided to do as she suggested, “go somewhere else” my point being, she does not represent good customer service, and as a national chain, I would like to think that you want someone better representing Subway!! Based on the reviews I read for this location, it sounds like it hasn’t been her first offensive encounter with customers!! Retraining and how best to let a customer down should be in her near future!! I doubt I will revisit this location again!!

  Sandwich was over seasoned to the point of being inedible but I wasnt going to return at 1 am.
