  Very poor service and they don't pay attention; they just offer what they want. I don't recommend it.

  Went in this morning 8am and I will not be returning. The gentleman that made my sandwich idk if he was having a bad start to the dat but there was no greeting when I said good morning his response was what do you want. Then after I said good morning a second time he finally returned the gesture. I had to say excuse me multiple times just to inform him that I’m pregnant and would like my sandwhich heated up a bit longer for health reasons, I was polite and respectful but his attitude and vibe in there through me all the way off. He just seemed freakin irritated by my presence. Not worth going here.. better to go to port of subs / Jersey Mike. They give way better service. And the sandwiches are better too.

  Apparently if the sandwich you ask for doesn’t come with sweet onion sauce they will not add it to your sandwich. The seemingly mindless employee said it doesn’t come with that sauce I said “oh it’s ok, you can charge me whatever you need to”. He said management said it’s against the rules. I swear it was like an alternate reality that made no sense. Can’t even express how stupid the situation was. First time to subway in almost a year and I was quickly reminded why, will stick to firehouse so I can have my sandwich made the way I want it made.

  1/28/2026 Came in around 2pm. I ordered a 6" Roast Beef sandwich with cheese, toasted, with mustard and lettuce. Simple enough. The sandwich maker only put 3 paper thin slices of roast beef on the bread. I was charged & paid $9.99 plus a tip expecting a real sandwich- like the ones pictured in their menu; so why was it made like I did not pay?? It was a whole lot of bread and no meat.
