  I’ve been here a couple of times, and there is a lady named Jovita who is really rude. The first time I let it slide, but today was just not okay. I asked if I could get lettuce that wasn’t from the display/container because it looked too reddish and not fresh. She responded that all the lettuce was like that and that they received it in bad condition… and that’s what they’re using for sandwiches. That’s honestly concerning—there’s no way all the lettuce should be in bad shape, and if it is, it shouldn’t be served to customers. On top of that, her attitude was really poor. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. Definitely not a good experience.

  We went to get a sandwich for my son's lunch for work and they wanted us to use the kiosk which we did but that let the other people that did not use the kiosk ahead of us and my son was late for work. So either have everyone use it or only if people want to. Was not faster

  Check your food storage! Ordered from there Monday Jan 26, 2026. Ate about 6PM and got severely ill right about midnight. Violent vomiting. Achy all the next day. Only thing I ate Monday was the Subway. Timeline fits with a food borne illness. Over fast, so this points to the likely suspect.

  Lady was in there working by herself. Had 2+ people in line and an online order killing it. She was still very friendly and got the jobs done. Sub was perfect
