  I recently visited the Winchell’s attached to this Subway and had a horrible experience with the “manager” on 6/11/24 regarding a copy of a receipt that I really needed. She was not helpful at ALL and didn’t seem to want to help me, so she simply didn’t. I then called the Subway to see if maybe they used the same POS system and they could help me. The woman that I spoke with on the phone was extremely polite and although she said she couldn’t help me, she offered to give me the GM’s contact information and he would be able to help me. THANK YOU to the woman that helped me today because Javier (GM) got me exactly what I needed, was very professional and made my experience so much more enjoyable. I can’t say Thank You enough !

  It was closed past 7:00 am when it was time for the place to be open . No big deal due to I understand things happen , yet when it’s 7:40 am and still not open and the employe yells saying it’s due to previous employee not prepping before hand that’s definitely not professional manner to talk to a customer . There was also a fly buzzing inside the area of food produce that makes up your sandwich’s items to be place to make one. I decided to leave and left with polite gesture as have a blessed day and thank you but no thank you . Definitely do not recommend this place .

  Get people who care about your hours of operations and customers. Courtesy, fix your hours online! Turn your sign off etc…

  i went to subway late night for something with tomato sauce. i like the meatball sauce so the sub was good but the poor guy making my sub was alone and it got a little busy there for a bit. but he took care of everybody pretty quick. i am jaded, i like subway.
