Booked via email months ago for our Vegas visit. Confirmed I wanted Happy hour booking for small bites and a few drinks. They even asked if I wanted happy our on the email thread. Day of the booking I had an email to confirm the reservation. Walked up from Mandaley Bay which is a right mission. Went to STK to be told they aren't doing happy hour as its a holiday.... the place was virtually empty. The hostess was polite and its not her fault, I could see she felt awkward about the situation. Why wasn't I told this earlier via email? Why was the booking taken and allowed for happy hour. Really disappointed. The place looked beautiful and we were really looking forward to having a drink and some oysters. Regards David Wright

Isaac at STK made our entire experience absolutely unforgettable. From the moment we sat down, he was incredibly upbeat, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. His energy was contagious, and he made us feel so special the entire night. Every recommendation he gave—from the food to the drinks—was spot on. You can tell he really knows the menu and takes pride in guiding guests to the best choices. Everything we tried was amazing, and it honestly elevated the whole dining experience. What meant the most to us was the extra thought he put into celebrating such a special time in our lives. When he found out we’re expecting, he went out of his way to congratulate me and my husband and surprised us with ice cream. It was such a sweet, personal touch that we’ll never forget. Isaac truly went above and beyond. If you’re dining at STK, ask for him—you won’t be disappointed!

I recently visited STK and had such a great experience. The atmosphere is the perfect mix of upscale and energetic, making it a really fun place to go whether you’re out for a special occasion or just want a nice night out. The service stood out right away, everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt taken care of without being overbearing. The food was honestly amazing. Everything came out fresh, well-presented, and full of flavor. You can really tell they put effort into both quality and consistency. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the sides and drinks complemented everything so well. Overall, I had a really positive experience and would definitely go back. If you’re looking for a spot that feels a little more elevated but still has a lively vibe, STK is a great choice.

I think I found my new favorite restaurant! What a great experience! I say experience because this was not just dinner, it was an orchestrated event that played out just for us. Our server, Sung (also goes by Lora) was incredible! Her personality and charisma matched the fun electric vibe that flowed through the air. Her recommendations were spot on. The mojito was fresh and crisp… arguably the best mojito I have ever consumed! The espresso martini tasted the way I have always wanted one to taste; it was perfect! I am not a food critic, just a guy who loves food. I ordered my filet mignon cooked medium rare…. Butter! I didn’t need a knife. The fork cut through the steak like butter! It paired perfectly with the mashed potatoes and lobster mac and cheese (also delicious). I would be remiss if I did not address how outstanding the rest of the staff were. From the host stand to the gentleman clearing the plates, they demonstrated focus, speed, attention to detail, and consummate professionalism. The presence of the staff was never intrusive. They were often gone, having completed their task, before you even realized they were there. Overall, a 10/10 dining experience that could not be improved upon. Thank you again to Sung for making our evening incredible!

Long review. Overall very skippable skeakhouse, and being las vegas I had high hopes. I Did not post photos of the plates due to bad lighting in area where seated. Went for anniversary dinner and wish I chosen a different steakhouse. You will be paying double if not even more than you would at any other restaurant or steakhouse for the same quality of food. The staffing was the best part and very attentive and doing their best for the crowds of people. We mainly went for the 3 course dinner meal for 69$ that is highly advertised on social media and their website, but on the physical menu it was not listed. We asked our server and they said it's only available 1 hour before closing. Feels like false advertising and a way to reel you into the pricepoint. We asked our server what they recommended, and they kept talking about their fish, swordfish and bass entrees. Which was odd being a steakhouse. I asked about the different steaks and was referred back to fish entrees. Should've taken the hint. Very crowded with bad table /seat spacing, you will be back to back seated against other tables. We were seated against the bar seats, with the staff even having to turn sideways to squeeze past tables. Very loud music to the point you'll need to lean in to speak with your members of group, even the staff had to lean towards you to hear anything. Yes this is more known online to being a club / DJ themed steakhouse but didnt expect to this point. Steak Quality wasnt anything to brag about. Was on par with Outback Steakhouse, and for the pricepoint of 70$+ for the smaller steaks, Outback takes the win. Was hoping a steakhouse in Las Vegas would've been better. Ordered Ribeye 94$ and Sirloin for 74$. Im glad I did not order any of the much higher priced steaks ranging 100-200$ of large size, the ribeye was already pushing it, especially for the quality given. Ask for steaksauce also, much needed but not automatically given. Was a little dry. "Crispy" Brussel sprouts side 23$, Crispy means Burnt, almost half of the side dish was practically black on most pieces. They were very sweet and too much seasoning that overpowered each other. Usually a fan of Brussel sprouts, but not these. Broccoli side dish was okay, not much seasoning to it, if any, but for 23$ not worth it. It was just coated in a thin layer of sauce or more like oil. Little BRGs, appetizer came with 2 small hamburger sliders. These were great and honestly better than our entree steaks and sides. But then again almost half the cost of the Main entree being 32$ for 2 sliders. You can decide if its worth cost. The free bread when you sit down before ordering was the better part of the meal we had other than the Little BRG sliders. But it does come coated with blue cheese on top, so be aware if youre not a fan. Bread was very soft, but do not recommend using the dish of sauce or oil it comes with. We were given a small chocolate mousse of sorts for free, for our anniversary dinner which was nice and tasted great. I seen online the great reviews of their desert menu but did not try other options during our visit. As any restaurant at night for dinner in las Vegas you should make a reservation at least minimum two days in advance. Being a steakhouse a week to a couple weeks in advance or you'll be on a waiting list when you show up even with that reservation. Dress code wasnt an issue with us, came dressed. Being smart casual. Dress pants, dress shirt, nicer pair of shoes or even dress shoes. Its listed on their dress code attire. I see other reviews saying they are either turned away or higher wait times on getting in or service because their attire. Probably didnt read the dress code. Majority of higher priced restaurants in Las Vegas has a dress code.
