  The onion rings were not great nor the burger. We were so surprised as we loved Sonic in the Midwest. Not sure what changed.

  Despite being a 24 hour location, they seem to not take orders past 2am. Claimed a shift change would take 45 mins thus they can’t take new orders, but oh yeah you can pick up if you’ve got an online order. I work in the food service industry too, and I know when I’m being lied too, I don’t close until 2am myself, so food is a late night grab before bed. Don’t bother with this location, they won’t bother with you.

  25 minutes for 3 shakes. 2 sonic blasts ans 1 milkshake. Could literally hold the shack upside down and nothing came out. It was supposed to be banana. Um, no. Nope, never again.

  Worst location ever I put in a door dash pick up order and you would think since it was a 30 min wait in the drive thru they’d make my food once I got to the intercom not make it way ahead of time and end up with a melted shake and my hotdog was a chilli dog which I ordered a plain one.

  I went there today and Navia took my order. She is one of the nicest people that has ever taken my order before at that establishment. She never rushed me and spoke with softness in her voice. I normally order an m&m blast with extra m&ms but they never put extra in it. This time I ordered the same thing and Navia made it perfectly. My whole order came out super quick. If you ever go to this location ask for Navia. She really should get a raise the way she treats the customers. If management ever reads this she needs more recognition for her outstanding work and customer service.
