  I am not a person to give reviews but this feels necessary. I had a mobile pick up order today that I ordered ASAP, which on the app it states the wait time to be 6 minutes. I pull into a stall and check in. And I waited for over 25 minutes until the one worker came out with my drinks. He seems to be the only one working/making other people’s orders/taking them out. ONE person. I know there are more employees inside but this one young man was the only one doing anything. Now with experiences in the past, there have been rude interactions with different employees that no longer work at the location, so it wasn’t that big of a deal. But at the end of the day, a mobile order with a 6 minute wait time came out to be over 25 minutes. And one employee working is absolutely ridiculous and something needs to be changed.

  I am usually very happy with this Sonic. Today was the exception. I waited a long time 15 minutes for a hotdog that was so dried out and old that I threw it away. Wasn’t going to drive another 20 minutes to take it back. This will be my last trip to this sonic 3

  Went to get a couple shakes cause the app had a deal going for BOGO, we ordered our shakes and went to pull up the code in the app and it said that the restaurant was closed, obviously it wasnt and when I spoke to the manager she said after midnight the app thinks all the stores are closed, therefore we couldn't use the app to get the BOGO drink and the manager said she couldn't honor the deal cause it was a special thru the app. So we ended up paying full price for both. Idk if you've been to Sonic lately but there shakes are not a couple bucks anymore, we paid damn near $30 for 2 shakes!! Disappointing to say the least.

  So easy to order and pick-up at any time. Best onion rings in the world, sweet and crunchy! Loved my guy Francisco on W. Sahara...muchas gracias!

  So I drove my truck to the drive-in and sat there waiting to place a classic car hop order, and I hit the button and he said I'm the only one here and I got to take care of the drive-thru first. So ten cars through the drive-thru and 30 minutes later, did they finally get back in the microphone it says it's going to take your order and then all the sudden another car pulls up through the drive-thru and I get put on the back burner yet again. So I told him to forget it and I will go somewhere else and then I peeled out. Maybe it's not his fault but the service there sucks. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes and not like 20 cars go ahead of me, that's BS.
