This is the most unprofessional group of individuals that work in any fast food place. you might as well just close this place off because locals definitely will not want to come back here and being that you're right off the freeway you know that there are tourists that are coming through going to Utah and Arizona.i could l can't believe how you treat people not one employee in there have their hair net they have their hair out hair long. Three had long point tails. Another enjoyed with hair completely out not even in a hat. I ordered a simple ice cream cone. I watched her use her glove to start making my ice cream cone then an other girl decides to grab the ice cream cone for her with her bare hands and finish the ice cream touching it trying to keep the ice cream from typing over then came out of the building to hand me my ice cream which I was two cars away from the actual window to pay for my food when I informed her I the entire time touch my ice cream with her bare hands and I said that was a food handlers requirement to be wearing gloves when you're handling food as I did not see her wash her hands she began to laugh and act like an ignorant fool mocking me with all the other employees lI got out of my car as my husband waited to go to the cashier to pay for his food and the manager didn't come out he sent another employee who she stated with all her piercings all over her face that she didn't understand what OSHA was and didn't know that you're supposed to wear gloves.Come on this is Las Vegas everybody knows these people have to have a food handlers card. the manager came out and I did inform him I did not appreciate all of them making fun of me when I'm simply asking for them to wear their gloves when they're handling food now mind you want me in healthcare I doubt any of these people wanted me to do surgery on them without me washing my hands and put it on gloves before I do surgical procedures on them.
To top it off the manager had ended up apologizing stating it was unprofessional and that he would speak with the staff which all he did was turn around and say hey y'all quit it.he then came to our Windows said he was giving us the ice cream and my husband's Sonic blast for free. the girl still charges full price. She didn't even pay attention to her manager and rang this up full price. the other employee who rudely was making fun of me was still in the back doing and talking trash with the other employees. as a loca l honestly never returning back to this Sonic the worst customer service I have experience anywhere and the fact that you guys would treat people like this and not have any repercussions for your employees is just absolutely disgusting.

Waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks and pretzel. Then pushed the “red button” AGAIN and they could not find order then found again and stated would bring out shortly. That shortly never happened! Was advised not to go thru drive thru. Customer service is very important as that’s how employees get paid! Have to do better.

Usually we don’t have the worst experiences here. We had on BAD experience under older management but today was not the greatest. We went into a stall waited for 10 minutes (mind you this not a busy time we went and there was full staff in) we then left the stall after not being helped still and we went into drive through.
Once we got to the window, we asked to do cash and card. (We have done split payments before at this sonic) but after the girl asked her manager and he rolled his eyes while wiping his hands down is face, they told us they couldn’t. Ok, that’s fine. So we go to pay card and then all of a sudden they tell us their machine went down right when I'm tapping my card.
They had us move back to a stall to reset up the order. We waited at the staff another 5 minutes before pressing the button once again. Finally one of the guys came out and was setting up the order as one of the girls came on the speaker to the stall stating that we need go to a stall because the system is down for drive thru. We told the girl we knew because we just came from the drive thru and then she stated “yes so then go to the stall” the male then stated “girl they ARE in a stall right now, I’m helping them”
Then we paid and waited another 15/20 minutes to get our food and the ice cream was melted.
Needless to say, not the greatest experience.

So they for get my slushie then they forget to get my my sauces how can a place give you mozzarella sticks with no marinara sauce then my cheddar poppers had no ranch on the bag, terrible service and then waited for ever to get my sauces and slushy smh

Sonic, tell your employees not to try to pick fights with customers while on the clock because they're frustrated that it's busy! The white girl with the pink hair and the piercings all in her face should NOT be the face of your business. She does not know how to speak to customers and feels as if she is superior. She refused to give her name. She told Deshawn "he better get us." 😒 Where I'm from one would say she was looking for fight. Also, Deshawn does not comprehend too well because after asking him 12 times how much longer my order would take, this guy kept saying "we're busy we're busy we're busy. I never got an answer. Everybody inside thought it was funny and was just laughing and giggling. What bold and brave employees you have. You must be so proud. Crazy thing is, I worked sonic as my first job in highschool back in 2005 and NEVER gave this type of customer service.
