    I visit this Sonic 2-3 times a week and usually the food is good as is the service (despite seeing a rat running along the wall and into a service box going into the store – but they did add a rat trap). On 3/19/2026 (6:04am) I ordered my usual, paid for it and then waited, and waited and waited. The person working the window never came back (though I did see her briefly, she looked at me then quickly went to the back). After 20 minutes I rolled back through the drive thru and nothing from the speaker box. I finally had to leave to go to work. I left with NO food and NO drink that I paid for. I left a complaint on Sonics website and even called Sonic’s headquarters but they couldn’t help. I’ll try to reach the store GM next. At the very least, I’d like to get my money back! Also, why is there $0.96 in change on the receipt? I always use a debit card to pay. Sometimes my usual order is $10 and, depending on who’s working the window, $11. Are they skimming customers?

    This place gave me food poisoning so bad I was screaming for my ancestors from both ends just six hours after eating the world's most suspicious jr double cheeseburger.

    Hate to complain, but what a horrible service. Ordered from a stall and waited about 20 minutes. Pressed the red button again, turns out they didnt get my order. I was asked what my order was, if it was the one with the Coke extra ice, I said no. I said my drink was a root beer. Lady came out with a drink and I paid. Well what do you know, it was not root beer. It was Coke extra ice. Order came out in 2 minutes. Wasted my time for no reason at all, it wasn’t even busy. The burger was great though.
