Servings were generous and prices very reasonable for a Las Vegas hotel venue. Appeared to be kid-friendly as we saw several there. I had the Juevos Rancheros and was surprised by their surprisingly flavorful and original presentation! HR is one of the reasons I married "Mamacita" 54 years ago--still a favourite breakfast for me. This version had crispy tortillas, shredded pork, black beans, and a sauce that was deliciously different from what I am accustomed to. My fellow diners had the traditional omelet, has browns, and toast breakfast. All looked delicious and fulfilling. Service as punctual and friendly. Don't tell Mamacita that Iliked these HR... a lot! ;-)
