When I tell you this is the closest to a NY style cheese slice that you can find in Vegas, this is the spot.
Had a chance to talk with the staff and shockingly enough, they are from NY.
It is a perfect balance of crispy yet chewy crust, enough cheese with the right amount of sauce. It definitely took my back to my HS memories in Brooklyn.
And they are open till 4am! There is no other spot right now on The Strip at that hour offering a quality pizza slice like Secret Pizza.
P.S. The slice will run you about $7 or so.

We've been coming here for years. It's always been amazing. However, they've clearly cheaped out on the ingredients. It's now lower quality. The atmosphere is fun and the people are awesome but the food is clearly not what it was.
One of Vegas' best hidden gem! Secret Pizza located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel on the 3rd floor has no signs for the restaurant. We had to ask some workers there for directions. Once we found it there were already a few people there in line ordering for lunch. We placed our order at the counter for two slices of pizza. One for sausages and olives and another for sausages and mushrooms. Cost $9.00 for 2 toppings each. Once you place the order they re-heat the pizza for you so the slices are hot and crispy. The employees aren't super friendly, just there to work.
As for the pizza, the crust is crispy and the toppings are delicious. However, it can be a little greasy. Overall, good for pizza on the strip but expensive per slice.

You don’t stumble into “secret” pizza in Las Vegas anymore. You follow the herd—down a hallway, past the faded album covers, into a line that snakes like a bad decision you already regret. And regret it you will.
An hour and a half. Let that sit with you. Forty-five minutes just to place an order. Another twenty minutes of standing around, watching the slow-motion theater of disorganization unfold behind the counter. When I finally asked about my pizza, I was met with shrugs, blank stares, and the kind of indifference that tells you nobody’s in charge. Turns out, my pie had already been handed off… to someone else. No system. No accountability. Just chaos with a side of melted cheese.
Here’s the survival tip: don’t order a whole pie. That’s where dreams go to die. Order by the slice and you’ll at least walk away with something resembling food before your patience evaporates. If you insist on a full pie, game the system: ask for multiple slices instead and piece it together yourself. It’s the only way to beat the machine.
And the pizza? That’s the real kicker. After all that buildup, all that waiting, all that late-night hype—it’s… fine. Not terrible. Not memorable. Just there. The kind of pizza that survives on reputation, not flavor. The myth of “secret pizza” does more heavy lifting than the actual product ever could.
Let’s be honest: most people experience this place after midnight, fueled by alcohol and lowered expectations. Try it sober, during normal hours, and the illusion fades fast. What you’re left with is painfully average pizza served at a glacial pace by a team that looks like they’re still figuring out what day it is.
That line? It’s not a testament to greatness. It’s the result of a system that crawls—one pie at a time, one confused order at a time.
Vegas is full of excess, indulgence, and moments worth the wait. This isn’t one of them.
