The food was very good. The portions were huge. My girlfriend and I shared a burrito and we were stuffed.
The salsas are very good. I likes the orange one. I believe it was called flame thrower.

Just as good as the original San Diego Location.
Clean, quick and open late.
A great spot for a late night bite and drink.
The salsa bar offers good options and the food here is on point!
Definitely meant to be shared.
Be back soon.

We had just gotten into town after a long day of traveling. Sayulitas was right across the street from our hotel. We had a carne asada burrito, bean and cheese burrito, and Bolt fries. Everything was delicious and filling. Will absolutely be back before we go home.

Mediocre food, they’ve got strip prices for strip mall quality…actually that’s an insult to strip mall Mexican joints, most of them are really good and don’t have two different playlists battling for volume in a 100sqft space

really wanted to love Sayulitas because the concept, energy, and overall environment are honestly great. The vibe feels like something that could really take off in Vegas, and I respect what you guys are building.
However, I have to be real about my experience.
I ordered the bolt burrito, and unfortunately, it ended up making me extremely sick. Not just a slight stomach ache — I’m talking about full-on symptoms that felt like food poisoning shortly after eating it. It completely threw off my day and honestly made me question the food handling and preparation.
That said, this isn’t coming from a place of hate — I’m big on honest reviews, and I give credit where it’s due. The atmosphere was on point, the idea is strong, and I can see the potential for this place to really become a staple in Vegas.
Because of that, I’m open to giving it another shot. If the team would like me to come back and try the food again for a second experience, I’m willing to do that and update my review accordingly. I don’t mind revisiting — I just want to make sure the food quality matches the energy of the place.
I don’t enjoy leaving reviews like this, especially for a business that’s clearly on the come-up, but I stand on being honest so others can make informed decisions.
Hoping this was just a one-time issue — I’d genuinely like to see you guys win.
