  We visited Rainforest Cafe after catching the Popovich Comedy Pet Theater, and it was a great way to wrap up our outing. We entered through the downstairs gift shop and headed upstairs to check in. Since the dinner rush hadn't quite hit yet, we received a text within 15 minutes and were seated right away. The atmosphere is definitely a spectacle. The "rainstorms" with lighting effects happen every few minutes; it's a huge hit for the vibe, though it's worth noting it might be a little scary for some of the smaller kids. We got the cute Tree Frog souvenir cups with Icees and another tall souvenir glass. If you buy these, show your receipt to the cashier downstairs after your meal. They will give you clean, new ones wrapped in tissue paper so you don't have to carry your dirty dinner cups home. A photographer comes around to take photos of the family and siblings. They offer the prints for $20 each, but if you choose not to buy, you still get a free keychain photo to keep. The photos turned out very nice. The food was very good! Everything was well-portioned and tasty, making it a solid meal for everyone. Overall, it was a smooth, fun, and memorable experience. A perfect stop for families!

  Dean and Oscar are phenomenal, they constantly refilled my drinks. They constantly brought food to our table. They were bright an amazing individuals. If I was the manager of rainforest Café, they would be getting a huge bonus. They are some of the best people I have ever met in my whole entire life they are ethereal. They are smart. They are kind and they are important. They fed my whole entire family of 42 and were incredibly nice. These are the nicest . They fed my whole entire family of 42 and we’re incredibly nice. These are the nicest people on planet earth thank you so much Dean and Oscar you are amazing and thank you for helping my grand classroom. You are amazing individual now for Oscar you are so sweet and amazing thank you so much for helping our group.

  Had to check out this location since it was moved years ago from the MGM Grand. The atmosphere is always fun! I was hoping to see the rainfall from the ceiling into the pond in the dining room like they had at the old location but it wasn’t there which was kind of a bummer. Way overpriced for food/drinks that is equivalent to Applebee’s but it’s the strip so what can you expect? Josh was my server and he was genuine and professional. Brought a very welcoming energy to the experience and had good recommendations on drinks! Thanks Josh! I will say that hosts/hostesses should ask customers not only if they have food allergies, but also if they have epilepsy or sensitivity to light, because of the thunder show every 15 minutes in the dining room. That might trigger an event.

  Our visit to the Rainforest Cafe was easily one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was immersive and fun, with its vibrant jungle setting adding a unique touch to the dining experience. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was our server, Ronnee. She was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. Her energy and professionalism elevated the whole experience, and she made sure everything was just right for us. As for the food, we ordered cheeseburgers, and they were hands down the best we had during our trip. Perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and incredibly satisfying—exactly what you hope for when you’re craving a great burger. Overall, between the lively atmosphere, delicious food, and especially Ronnee’s excellent service, our experience was fantastic. We’d absolutely recommend it and would happily return!

  I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rainforest Cafe, and I can confidently say it was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had in a long time—largely thanks to our incredible server, Karen. From the moment we were seated, Karen greeted us with such a warm and genuine smile that it immediately set the tone for the entire visit. She was extremely friendly, approachable, and made us feel welcome right away. She took the time to walk us through the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and answering all of our questions with patience and enthusiasm. It never felt rushed—she really made sure we were comfortable and excited about our choices. Throughout the meal, Karen’s attentiveness was outstanding. She checked in on us consistently, but never in an overbearing way—it was the perfect balance. Our drinks were always refilled promptly, and she made sure everything came out exactly as ordered. Even during what seemed like a busy time, she handled everything with ease and professionalism, which really stood out. What truly made the experience special was Karen’s positive energy. She had such a great attitude the entire time and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely enjoys making people happy. Little things—like remembering small details about our order or making friendly conversation—went a long way in making the experience feel personal and memorable. Of course, the atmosphere at Rainforest Cafe is already fun and unique, but Karen elevated the entire dining experience to another level. Great service can make or break a meal, and in this case, it absolutely made it unforgettable. I would highly recommend dining here, and if you get the chance, definitely ask for Karen. She is truly a standout server and a huge asset to the restaurant. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be seated in her section again!
